Natural curing for approximately 24 months.


It comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs fed on acorns during the ‘montanera’ season.


It has the same excellent quality as our whole bone-in acorn Iberian shoulder ham but in a different format, as this piece is boneless, completely clean ready-to-eat and vacuum-packed.


This piece is completely clean and ready to consume without any waste.


Product presentation: half piece vacuum-packed.

Keep in the fridge at a temperature between 0ºC and 8ºC.


Whenever you want to eat it, take it out of the fridge cut the quantity you would like to consume and throw away the plastic bag.


Afterwards, store the remaining piece in the fridge wrapped in cling film. Allow the sliced piece to warm up for 1 or 2 hours before consumption.


It is easier to cut the product when it is cold and, in addition, it avoids that the product suffers continuous changes of temperature.
