Convienent packets of 100g of acorn-fed Iberian loin of the highest quality, rigorously selected from among all our acorn-fed Iberian loins, a unique piece in our cellars.


Characterized by its high level of fat infiltration, which gives it a visible marbling appearance, as well as juiciness and creaminess.


A delicacy for the senses. Acorn-fed Iberian loin from 50% Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the best holm oak pastures. Rigorously selected and fed on acorns during the "montanera" season, completing their diet with grass, natural pasture and fruits of the ground.


Marinated and seasoned with natural spices following the traditional recipe of our ancestors and then stuffed into casings.


After its elaboration, Acorn 50% Iberian Loin Special Selection goes through a natural and slowly curing process in our drying rooms for c. 4 months.


Afterwards sliced and vacuum-packed in 100g packets.

*All the Iberian products manufactured by Jamones Benito Pérez are certified gluten-free products and are therefore suitable for coeliac.

Keep in the fridge at a temperature between 0ºC and 8ºC.


Whenever you want to eat the packet, take it out of the fridge approximately 2 hours beforehand, so that it reaches the optimal temperature for the best enjoyment.


If this is not possible, you can also temper the packet with hot water.


Then open and oxygenate the product for at least 5 minutes.


Finally, enjoy the packet at room temperature +- 25ºC.


In case of vacuum loss, remove the product from the bag and eat it as soon as possible.


If you wish to keep part of the opened packet, we recommend you keep it in the fridge wrapped in aluminium foil, although ideally, each packet should be entirely consumed once opened.
