As established in the Royal Decree legislative 1/2007 which approves the revised text of the General Law of consumers and users and the law 7/1996 of retail trade, the customer is entitled to total, partial refund or exchange of the product if he checks that it does not conform to his expectations.
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days, counted from the receipt of the product, without indicating the reasons.
It is an essential requirement that both the product and the packaging is in perfect condition, including labels and seals, and it have not been manipulated or used, except if the product is in poor condition, in which case the contribution of photos is asked to customer.
To exercise your right of return, user shall please contact JAMONES BENITO PÉREZ through our e-mail info@jamonesbenitoperez.com, in the first 24 hours after receipt of the request, where the procedure for the same will be indicated. Upon receipt of the goods and after checking that the product has not been damaged and complies with the conditions described above, shall be the refund of the amount paid for the product, by the same means by which payment was made.
If the return is due to defective product, damaged product or by mistaken product other than the one requested, JAMONES BENITO PÉREZ will take care of the expenditure of transportation and bank management of the return of the product. In other cases of return or exchange, will be the customer who assumes the costs of transportation and banking management, which will be deducted from the amount payable by the return.
*International returns will always be charged to the customer.

Our hams and cold meat are completely handmade and natural. Each piece is unique and with different nuances. The exposed photographs of the products are indicative and can be variations with respect to the actual appearance of the product.
Under no circumstances products will be returned beacuse of appreciations or tastes of the customer with reference to the amount of fat or more or less cure of parts.
The ham and the shoulder have fats, barks, hoof and bone. The percentage of surplus parts is different in each piece, the ham will be around 45% and the shoulder around the 55%.
Product returns by loss of vacuum in the containers are not supported. The containers are plastic, they are sensitive, a crack may occur, although this is not appreciated, in this case air enters the container, it has lost vacuum, therefore you must consume the product as soon as possible.
